We are delighted that you have chosen Kennedy Chiropractic Center for your initial chiropractic consultation. Once you’ve scheduled your first appointment we ask that you print your new patient paperwork and fill it out at your convenience. Please bring your completed paperwork with you to your first appointment. Also, set aside a full hour for your first appointment so Dr. Kennedy can get a clear and accurate view of your concerns.

Your First Visit:

  • Dr. Kennedy will review your paperwork with you and complete a through health history.
  • Take X-Rays, (if needed).
  • Perform a complete physical examination.
  • Perform an adjustment and/or therapy.
  • Discuss and put in place a plan of action for treatment.
